Harrisburg Marathon was

hillier than I thought, can't compare to Frederick, Baltimore, or Shepherdstown marathon, but is a challenge course to run. It was considerably flat from mile zero to 16. Hills slowly goes up after 16, when I enter into Wildwood Lake Park, hills are dramatically being noticed and it was three miles of rolling hills. However, I still finished with a new Personal Best of 3:05:06, that is 16 seconds PB; which I have a lot of work need to be done for the next marathon, possibly New Jersey Marathon in May 2011.

My mile splits are:

- 6'46
- 7'05
- 7'04
- 7'11
- 7'05
- 7'02
- 6'53
- 7'01
- 7'18
- 7'13
- 7'15
- 7'14
- 7'04
- 7'09
- 7'08
- 7'03
- 7'02
- 7'04
- 7'17
- 6'57
- 7'03
- 7'05
- 7'00
- 6'58
- 6'55
