Since I tapered and not want to kill myself before the actual marathon. I took another day off from running on Monday; just want to recover from that soreness on that 22-miler. I ran an hour for 8.2 miles on Tuesday.
Wednesday was track workout night and I ran the MCRRC track work – 6x1k with 400m jog. I planned to run in marathon effort and splits are 3m'38.23s’, 3m'33.97s’, 3m'36.20s’, 3m'39.60s’, 3m’39.10s’, & 3m'45.28s’, which convert to mile pace as: 5m'51s', 5m'44s', 5m'48s', 5m'53s', 5m'53s', & 6m'03s'. I finished with 9.6 miles in total for the day and logged 230.4 miles for October.
First day of November, I ran 9 miles in a time of 1h’5m’25s’. As usual, Friday is off day, ran 11 miles in super-tight-sore legs on 11/03, and then ran 6 miles on school ball field on 11/04.
