Today's weather was prefect for road race. I got to work ultra early this morning, had an extra large bowl/cup of coffee, and oak meal. Time flies when you are actually busy with Uncle Sam.
Around noon time, I jogged down to Tidal Basin and ran the October edition of Tidal Basin 3K. Weather was about 58 degrees, not as windy as I thought. I guess I am fully recover from Wineglass already, I ran a new PR of 10:50, which it is equivalent to 5:49 miler. I feel good, I think I am 95% sure about Harrisburg Marathon on November 14; although, I am going to run 17 ~ 19 miles this weekend to be sure that I am up for it.
