According to the calendar this coming week, Riley Rumble Half is tomorrow, Track workout is on Wednesday, Going Green 2-miler Track is on Friday, 23 miles long run is on Saturday, and Leesburg 20K on Sunday. It is super intense for me. Something must give...
After consulted with Arturo, I am NOT going to run this Wednesday workout. I am going to test out how my training coming along so far by running Going Green. Then rest up on Saturday, then run extreme easy 23 miles long run on Sunday, and skip Leesburg 20K. I think this schedule will serve me better and get me better result in Akron Marathon.
I will post splits for Riley after I done.
