I have been running eight days straight and legs are sore. I should have taken my day off today, so I planned to walk around the block near work during lunch in rain (it forecasted). But, I didn’t; I ran and ran hard. However, I didn’t run as hard as my regular mid-week workout (ten miles tempo on Wed/Thur), since I already sore and Cherry Blossom is near.

So, I eased up this run...

1:00 - 10K effort;
1:00 ~ 1:40(?); can't remember what I did here...

I finished the run with about 9.5 miles with 63:30; and I really need to get a GPS for this kind of tempo workout...

I discover there are dears on Theodore Roosevelt Island while I was running earlier. I never thought any wildlife would be on that island other than squirrels and few birds; but (I think) they were surprise to see a Chinese man charging toward them...

Anyway, tomorrow is an hour on LifeCycle and yoga. Friday is yoga and an hour of walking after work. I’ll jog 2~3 miles on Saturday’s morning before head to National Museum Building to volunteering in CB10.

Update: Just got an email from Mr. Woodrich and confirm that my entry is processed. One of sudden, I feel so good about this sucker, I feel so optimistic that I can go around 62 at cherry blossom this weekend....
